That's why we've compiled a comprehensive guide to the ingredients we use in all of our products to help you feel informed and confident about what's going onto your skin. Each of these ingredients is thoughtfully chosen and brings its own set of unique benefits to our products, enhancing their overall performance and feel on the skin.

  1. Coconut Oil: Extracted from the kernel or meat of mature coconuts, coconut oil is a natural moisturizer and skin soother, offering antibacterial benefits and contributing to a creamy, rich lather in soap.

  2. Castor Oil: Derived from the seeds of the Ricinus communis plant, castor oil is a gentle moisturizer that helps maintain skin hydration. It can also produce a thick and creamy lather in soap.

  3. Shea Butter: Extracted from the nut of the African shea tree, shea butter is intensely nourishing and moisturizing, making it ideal for dry or sensitive skin.

  4. Fragrance: Fragrances can be derived from essential oils or synthesized. They add a unique scent to each product, making the grooming experience more enjoyable and personal.

  5. Water: Often used as a solvent in cosmetics and personal care products where it helps to dissolve many of the ingredients that impart skin benefits.

  6. Sodium Hydroxide: Also known as lye, this is a necessary component in the soap-making process (saponification) to turn oils and fats into soap.

  7. Argania spinsosa (Argan) Oil: Known as 'liquid gold,' argan oil is rich in essential fatty acids, and antioxidant-rich vitamin E, nourishing and protecting the skin.

  8. Melaleuca Alternafolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil: Derived from the leaves of the Tea Tree, this oil is known for its powerful antiseptic properties and ability to treat wounds.

  9. Aloe Barbadensis Juice (Aloe Vera): This plant extract has soothing properties and can hydrate and nourish skin.

  10. Simmondsia Chinensis Seed (Jojoba) Oil: This oil closely resembles the natural sebum of skin, making it an excellent moisturizer and skin conditioner.

  11. Emulsifying Wax NF: This vegetable-based emulsifier helps combine water and oil in recipes, and also softens and soothes skin.

  12. Sodium Lactate: A salt derived from lactic acid, often used as a natural preservative in soaps. It also functions as a humectant, helping to retain moisture in the skin.

  13. Sunflower Oil: Lightweight and high in Vitamin E, this oil is easily absorbed without clogging pores and is suitable for all skin types.

  14. Alcohol: Often used as an astringent to help cleanse the skin and close pores.

  15. Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel): An astringent that can soothe irritated skin and help with oil control.

  16. Glycerin: A humectant that helps maintain the skin's water balance on an intercellular level.

  17. Allantoin: Derived from comfrey plant, it's an effective anti-irritant, calming and helping to heal the skin.

  18. Apricot Kernel Oil: This oil is rich in Vitamins A and E and works to soothe dry, irritated skin while also providing an antioxidant defense.

  19. Avocado Oil: Rich in fatty acids and is excellent for moisturizing the skin. In addition to vitamin E, avocado oil contains potassium, lecithin.

  20. Grapeseed Oil: Known for its high amount of antioxidants and omega fatty acids, it helps to moisturize and balance the skin.

  21. Beeswax: Natural protectant that soothes, hydrates, and firms the skin.

  22. Lanolin: An emollient that's good for sensitive skin, it helps lock in moisture and prevent water loss.

  23. Stearic Acid: Used as a thickener and to give products a creamy texture.

  24. Tallow: Rendered beef or mutton fat, often used in soaps for its abundant lather and moisturizing properties.

  25. Potassium Hydroxide: Also known as caustic potash, it is used in the soap-making process to saponify fats and oils.

  26. Stearin Acid: Helps to cleanse the skin and provides a creamy lather in soaps.

  27. Myristic Acid: A natural fatty acid that adds hardness to soaps, providing a nice fluffy lather when used.

  28. Olea Europea (Olive) Oil: Extremely hydrating oil, rich in antioxidants that protect against age-accelerating free radicals.
