Frequently Asked Questions
Do my credits expire? Yes. Credits expire after 365 days of inactivity. If you make a purchase or redeem points within that year, your timer resets.
How do I check my balance? Click the Gold Star button in the bottom corner of your screen to log in and view your balance.
I have points from the old system. Where are they? We have migrated them for you! Your old balance has been converted to the new "Credit" system. Log in to see your updated total.
Why didn't I get my birthday points? To prevent fraud, you must enter your birthday at least 30 days before the date to receive your reward this year. If your birthday is next week, you'll get your reward next year!
