This soap loves water.

Received the sample set and working my way thru. Set included Tobbaco, Mahogany, Barbershop Black Amber Vanilla and Sandalwood. Haven't tried Sandalwood or Tobbaco yet but really like Black Amber Vanilla and Mahogany the best. I will be ordering some real soon. Great Birthday and Father's Day gifts. I want to try Mahogany Beard Oil.
I was surprised by the ease of developing a good lather. I spent about 25-30 sec. loading my brush from my bowl and I had enough lather for 3 passes, and I got a BBS shave.

Purchased the sampler for my nephew he is starting to shave so he can find a scent he likes. Gave him a couple of razors a brush of mine and your mahogany shave balm and told him to always buy American.
Love the mahogany scent. The Formula T lathers great and the post shave tonic splash wakes you up in the morning. Great products.
I received sandalwood shave soap. Everybody in my family agrees that it smells like wet dirt mixed with a hint of cedar. The smell intensified when you whip it up into a lather. I do like the way it lathers and coats the skin for the shave, but the smell could be improved. On the flip side… the Black Amber body soap sample that came with the shave soap sample smells absolutely amazing. Black Amber shaving soap would be a total WIN!!

I really like the fact that WSP makes a vegan unscented soap with all ingredients I can pronounce. The soap is excellent for face lathering, provides great protection and doesn’t dry up quickly. My two complaints are 1) I wish they’d offer puck refills so I didn’t have to waste a plastic container ever time I make a purchase; and, 2) the pucks get used up pretty quickly for the price you pay.
Great scent, great lather, excellent slickness; this soap has it all. I've used both this and the Formula T and they are both top notch.

This is my #1 shave soap!!!
I ordered the sample tins and they work great. I take out of the tin and place in a shaving bowl. It is soft and easily malleable. The soap with a shave brush (WSP synthetic brush) makes for a very thick lather. It makes the double-edge razor go very smoothly over my face. I use a lot of vintage double-edged razors and these soaps do not disappoint at any time. The only scent I really did not care for was the Citrus Burst.
Received sample products and loved all of them. Looking forward to trying Formula. T soap as well. Highly recommend and I will be buying again.
The lather explodes quickly from the tin and makes shaving that much more enjoyable. The scent is nice and provides a smooth shave.
This shaving soap seems to work pretty good , lathers really fast and gives good foamy base. I am 68 yrs old and have always wet shaved with canned foam and disposable razors. I am experimenting now with a double edge safety and the brush and soap method . Not totally happy with the shave , but can't blame the soap ! Nice scent to the soap by the way.
