We built Formula T to be the ultimate American-made shaving soap. Named as an homage to the iconic Ford Model T, this is our tribute to the legendary tallow-based soaps of the 19th and 20th centuries. It is reliable, enduring, and engineered to give you the best shave for your money.

The Scent: The Woodsman's Blend This is a deep dive into resin and wood. Unlike a simple, single-note cedar oil, this is a complex, master-crafted blend of Atlas, Himalayan, and Virginia Cedar. It takes the dry, familiar calmness of American cedar and adds the warm, balsamic depth of exotic woods. Rich, layered, and spicy—it evokes the scent of an ancient forest right after the rain.

The Performance: Tallow & Shea We didn't cut corners. By combining rendered tallow with rich shea butter, Formula T produces a remarkably slick lather with massive cushion and an elite post-shave feel. The blade glides; the skin recovers.

Zero Water Weight. Maximum Value. Most commercial soaps are full of water. We cure Formula T for as long as it takes to remove the excess moisture. The result is an ultra-dense, concentrated puck of hard soap. This 4oz tin will easily yield 100 to 300 shaves, outlasting the competition by months.

The Ritual (How to Use): We formulated this soap to be idiot-proof. It lathers effortlessly, even in hard water. No bowl is necessary. Wet your shaving brush (soak for a minute if using badger or boar), swirl it aggressively directly on the soap until a thick, paste-like lather builds, and apply it straight to your face.
