From my discussions with customer support, my product was damaged significantly by the heat and they issued me a refund. I was very pleased with the previous order both for the fragrance and for the consistency. I think you need to open a sub office in Alaska or North Dakota, or refrigerate your warehouse and trucks. Ha ha. I will try again at some point.

I love the WSP barbershop scent, so added this to the cart with another order. I wasn't sure what to expect since I'd only used hair gels before. This balm smells great and works really well with my hair. I use a very small amount--the tin is going to last for months. As others say, it also washes out easily. Great product that's worth the price.
I've tried mister pompadour, pete and pedro, american crew and others. I'm glad I decided to take the risk with an unfamiliar brand. This stuff is gentle on my skin, smells fantastic and leaves my hair with a strong, yet pliable and soft hold. I've finally found my hair solution for the messy bed head/surfer style

I've used the hair balm for about 6 months now and really like it. The Balm I put on while still in the shower because the hot water makes it really easy to apply. The Clay works really well but I find it's better to apply it after the shower and after I've towel dried my hair first. The hold is great and the matte look is a really good change from the balm. I'm glad you have both, Lee. It's good to have options.

So.....i've been using the barber shop beeswax pomade for a while and I love it. As of today I found a completely new use for it. I replaced an outside GFCU outlet with the protective door that keeps the elements out. I had to take the faceplate off and the door flap springs fell out. I had nothing I could use that was going to hold and not stick permanently. I didn't want superglue all over the place and then dawned on me. USE THE BEES WAX!!!!!!!!! Now I have the best smelling outlet on the block and my door flap acts all distinguished when used............. Thank you WSP!!!!!!!!
i have not used hair product since the 80s but i have to give this stuff flying colors. recently purchased as an add on to my order after my last haircut. very pleased i use this every day. it controls my crazy hair and my hair doesn't look wet or greasy. it washes out no problem. and controls my hair in a convertible. a first time experience for me. i usually get my hair cut short but then let it go for months until i get cut again. this product controls my hair. the scent is personal preference. however i have both barbershop and tobacco and use either or depending on my aftershave that day. the only negative- which really isn't one - is that the product is somewhat hard to get off my hands after i apply it. a very minor thing that doesnt last after i dry my hands after washing them on a towel.
