Shipping Policy
Shipping, Fulfillment, and Delivery Expectations
We try to keep shipping simple: pack fast, ship cleanly, and make it easy to know what to do if a delivery runs late. This page explains our standard and Made to Order timelines, what happens after carrier handoff, and where to go if something goes wrong.
What to Expect From WSP
We strive to fulfill standard orders within 1 business day, while Made to Order items require 2–5 business days for production. We also offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
Fulfillment & Production
What happens before carrier pickup
We strive to pick and pack standard orders within 1 business day. If your order contains Made to Order items, please allow 2–5 business days for us to handcraft those products before your entire order ships.
Free Shipping Threshold
Current sitewide offer
Free shipping is currently offered on U.S. orders over $75. If your cart qualifies, you will automatically see that reflected during checkout.
How to Think About the Timeline
Most shipping frustration comes from mixing together two different stages: WSP fulfillment and carrier delivery.
Step 1: WSP Fulfills the Order
Packing and carrier handoff
- You place the order.
- We prepare the order for shipment (adding 2–5 days for Made to Order items).
- The carrier receives the package and scans it into their system.
Step 2: The Carrier Delivers It
Transit, route movement, and final delivery
- The carrier moves the package through their network.
- Tracking updates as it moves or sits in scan points.
- The carrier marks it delivered when the final delivery scan happens.
If Tracking Looks Stuck or Slow
Carrier tracking is not always perfectly smooth. A package can sit between scans or move slower than expected without being truly lost.
Before Reaching Out
Give the tracking a little time to update, especially if the package was only recently handed off to the carrier or if it is moving through a busy holiday shipping window.
When It Makes Sense to Contact Us
Reach out if the tracking looks unusually stalled for too long, the package appears misrouted, or the carrier marks it delivered and it still does not show up after you complete the missing-package checklist.
If Tracking Says Delivered but You Do Not Have It
This is the highest-tension shipping situation, so the best move is to keep the steps simple and calm.
Start With the Self-Check
- Confirm the shipping address on the order.
- Check around the delivery area and common hiding spots.
- Check with anyone else in the household.
- Check with nearby neighbors if there is any chance of misdelivery.
- Allow a little extra time in case the delivery scan posted early.
Then Use the Missing Package Flow
If you have already done the local checks and the package still has not turned up, use the Missing Package page and then contact us with the order details.
What Helps Us Resolve Shipping Issues Faster
The more complete your message is, the faster we can figure out what happened and what the next step should be.
Please Include
- Your order number
- The shipping address on the order
- The tracking status you are seeing
- Whether the issue is delay, damage, or delivered-but-missing
- Any local checks you have already completed
Best Support Routes
Use our Contact page for general shipping help, and use the Missing Package page first if the package shows delivered but is not in hand yet.
Quick Questions
How fast do you ship?
We strive to fulfill standard orders within 1 business day. If your order includes Made to Order items, please allow 2–5 business days for production before the order ships. Carrier transit time comes after that.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We currently offer free U.S. shipping on orders over $75.
What if tracking has not updated recently?
Give it a little time first. Tracking gaps can happen between carrier scans. If it looks unusually stalled, contact us with the order number and the tracking details.
What if tracking says delivered but nothing is there?
Start with the self-check steps and then use the Missing Package page if it still has not turned up.
Fast Fulfillment Helps. Clear Next Steps Help More.
We aim to ship quickly, but once the carrier has the package, the best support comes from knowing exactly which lane your issue fits: normal transit, stalled tracking, or delivered-but-missing.
