Where's My Package?

Where’s My Package?

If your tracking says delivered but the package is not in your hands yet, do not panic. In many cases, the package turns up after a quick check or after a little extra carrier time. Start with the steps below, then contact us if it still has not shown up.

Check First Allow Extra Carrier Time Then Contact Us

What to Do First

If the tracking says your package was delivered, start here. The live WSP process already asks customers to check the address, look around the delivery area, check with household members and neighbors, and allow extra time for the carrier before escalating.

Within the First 36 Hours

Start with the simple checks first

  1. Verify the shipping address on the order.
  2. Check for a delivery slip or attempted-delivery notice.
  3. Look carefully around the delivery area, including behind plants, near gates, on top of fixtures, or other protected spots.
  4. Check with anyone else in the household who may have brought it in.
  5. If you use a neighborhood mailbox cluster, ask nearby neighbors in case it was misdelivered.

Give the Carrier a Little More Time

Delivered scans are not always the final step

WSP’s current guidance says carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they physically arrive, and to allow up to an additional 48 hours for the package to show up after the delivery scan.

Best move: if you can reach your local carrier, they may be able to tell you exactly where the package was left or whether it is still in the route flow.

When to Contact WSP

If you have completed the checklist above and the package still has not turned up, then it is time to contact us.

Please Include This Information

This helps us investigate faster

  • The delivery date shown by tracking
  • Your shipping address
  • Whether that address matches the one we shipped to
  • Confirmation that you checked with your household and checked obvious hiding places

That matches the information WSP currently asks customers to provide before the support team steps in.

What WSP Will Do Next

We take it from there

Once you have gone through the self-check steps and sent the needed details, WSP’s current policy is to investigate, file a missing-item claim with the postal inspector, and send a replacement.

Goal: keep the process practical and move from uncertainty to a documented next step.

Quick Questions

What if tracking says “delivered” but nothing is there?

That does happen. Start with the location checks, then allow extra time for the carrier before assuming the package is permanently lost. WSP’s current page specifically notes that delivered scans can happen before actual delivery.

Should I contact WSP immediately?

Not first. The current self-service flow is there for a reason: many “missing” packages turn up after a local check or after a short delay. Contact WSP after those steps are done.

What if someone in my home picked it up?

That is one of the first things to rule out. WSP’s current page even notes that small bubble mailers can easily get mixed in with ordinary mail.

What if it was left somewhere unusual?

Check common hiding spots around the delivery area first. Carriers may tuck small packages behind objects, beside gates, or in protected corners.
