How to Use It
After drying your face, dispense a splash or two into the palm of your hand. Rub hands together. Apply to shaved areas, including your neck. If using it as a toner, apply to whole face & neck. Use more if you desire a stronger scent throw. Apply any facial moisturizer afterwards.

Any great shaving soap needs a great aftershave to pair perfectly with it. I crafted my traditional aftershave with the following qualities in mind. Most important to me was that in addition to cleaning & toning, it should soothe your skin and provide some relief for the occasional nick. And of course, you needed to smell great and feel refreshed!
I started my journey by researching the traditional aftershave formulas consisting of basically alcohol, water, and fragrance. Then I looked into the best contemporary aftershaves, and found that nothing at all has changed! And while this has been a winning formula for over a century, I needed to do better.
To make a better aftershave, I knew I had to ditch the water, which did nothing. So, I replaced it with soothing botanicals such as witch hazel & comfrey plant extract (allantoin) to help you feel refreshed. Then I needed to tackle the biggest complaint about aftershave: it’s drying. So the next step was to add some emollients to help your face retain moisture. Finally, I added fragrance so you can smell great all day.
Barbershop
Our inspiration was an Italian barbershop. We’ve blended all the signature scents of a barbershop into this intriguing fragrance. Pairs perfectly with the matching shaving soap & aftershave. We started with a base of powdery musk, added some bergamot, orange zest, oakmoss, patchouli, and finished it with a hint of geranium.
Bay Rum
A true classic. We based our bay rum off of a two century old recipe we found. Combining all the true classic bay rum scents, we went truly old school with this blend. Using only essential oils, this is what bay rum is supposed to smell like. Notes of: West Indies bay leaf, rum, lime, cinnamon, & allspice.
Black Orchid
This is a dark and fantastic unisex scent. Made with wood and fruit accords, the notes include: Black Truffle, Black Orchid, Black Plum, Noir Gourmand Accord, Patchouli. Inspired by Tom Ford Black Orchid.
Black Amber Vanille
This scent reminds me of reading a classic leather bound book in a finely furnished study while sipping a fine glass of scotch. Classic, yet modern. We started with some rich, decadent French Vanilla. Then combined it with a rustic amber and rounded out with black Myrrh and a splash of Egyptian Musk.
Black Pepper
Inspired by the Molton Brown fragrance of the same name. Top notes of black pepper and lemon lead to a spicy-floral middle of cumin, coriander, ginger, jasmine, and violet leaf, all atop a sweet, deep, long-lasting base of oakmoss, musk, amber, and patchouli. Luxurious, subtle, mysterious, and elegant!
Blackbeard
Bringing you back to the Golden Age of Piracy and the Pirate's code Blackbeard epitomized. Now, while we certainly don't condone piracy, smelling like a pirate has never smelled this good! To create Blackbeard, we started with tobacco, then added some cherry, vanilla, patchouli, cloves, and other spices.
Boston Leather
Not for the feint of heart. 100% smells like leather. For leather lovers only. You'll smell like leather. Don't tell me I didn't warn you.
Ah, the smell of rich Italian leather. Deep & complex & woody. Leather making was one of America's first industries. We set out to recreate the smell of leather Americana. Named after the Boston Leather District, we created a deep and classic leather scent. Top notes of suede dries down to tannin, cumin, & wood notes.
Cedar EO
The rich & warm smell of cedar. It is deep, a little spicy, and very woody. This is a pure & undiluted essential oil. By default this choice is Virginia Cedar, but you may also choose Texas or Atlas cedar in the order notes.
Cedar Citron
Orange & cedar is masterfully blended in this essential oil only fragrance blend. Top notes of orange & bergamot meld seamlessly with cedar, woods, & a hint of sandalwood. It is fresh, woody, & invigorating. Guaranteed to lift your spirits & invigorate your mind & body.
Citrus Blast
Just like it's name suggests, lemon, lime, & orange blasts your nose, followed by middle notes of strawberry, black currant, & jasmine, with a sandalwood base.

Distinguished Gentleman
As the name suggests, this scent was made for the dapper gentleman. Classic & refined. Top notes of jasmine, lemon and rum. Mid notes of lavender, cedarwood and balsam. Patchouli and vanilla at the base.

Fougere Noir
A Drakkar Noir Type. This is an aromatic fougere with top notes of rosemary, artemisia, lavender, basil, lemon verbena, bergamot and lemon; middle notes are coriander, carnation, cinnamon, juniper and jasmine; base notes are leather, sandalwood, fir, amber, patchouli, oakmoss, vetiver and cedar.
Fresh Vetiver
A fresh take on vetiver. Our version is clean and refreshing, like fresh cut grass and a cool lemonade. Lemon, florals, sandalwood, patchouli, musk, and vetiver are blended to create this refreshing interpretation.
Lavenderwood
A masterful blend of lavender and cedar. I started with essential oils of lavender and red cedar wood. Then, I added some rosemary and cedar leaf. For the dry down, I finished it off with patchouli essential oil & musk.
Mahogany
It's a little sweet, a little spicy, and a lot of sexy. Sensual, woody, and spicy is how one customer's wife described it. "It reminds me of walking through a forest." is how another customer put it. "A perfect blend of sweet, spicy, & woody". I started with a base note of mahogany and then accented it with bergamot, vanilla, cedar and allspice notes. Then I threw in some cedar, vanilla, & patchouli to round it out.
Marrakesh
This fragrance brings you halfway around the world to the spice markets of Morroco. This mix of bamboo, vetiver, myrrh, patchouli and cloves will invoke thoughts of Casablanca.
Neroli
This complex citrus blend will have you smelling and feeling really, really fresh and clean. Bursting juices of orange come to life with energetic splashes of grapefruit. Orange flower (neroli) and a hint of patchouli add depth and longevity. Inspired by Molton Brown's Orange & Bergamot AKA Naranji.
Top notes of bergamot, lemon, & oranges. A heart of neroli & cardamom. And a base of Sevillian orange, ylang ylang, & musk.
Olympus
Named after the home of the Greek gods and inspired by Creed’s Aventus, this is the scent fit for a king or emperor. It is creamy & smoky and crisp & fruity; provocative and masculine. The initial blast of fresh fruit will hit you sharply. The apple will give way to freshly cut pineapple. Then the smokiness will come out wrapping you in a woody, creamy cloak reminiscent of sandalwood.
A magnificent example of a fruity chypre fragrance, it opens with a burst of fresh pineapple, apple, & bergamot with a hint of blackcurrant; drying down to a woody & warm heart of birch, juniper berries, patchouli and a touch of jasmine; all built on a warm base of vanilla, oak moss, musk, sandalwood & ambergris.
Ol' Kentucky
It’s rich, creamy, & subtle scent crafted with bourbon at its core. We started the blend with top notes of bourbon and base notes of oak, sandalwood, & a hint of patchouli and powder. The official drink of the Kentucky Derby; this fragrance epitomizes the spirit of Ol’ Kentucky.
Pumpkin Spice/Pumpkin Pie
We set out to capture the essence of a warm pumpkin pie, and we think we nailed it! Cinnamon, clove, nutmeg and spices combine with vanilla, caramel, and pumpkin to usher in cooler weather.

100% pure peppermint oil. Fresh & refreshing.
Sandalwood
A much truer sandalwood fragrance. Instead of offering you a floral sandalwood, we kept true to the woody and sensual smell of sandalwood. While we couldn’t use 100% sandalwood essential oil, we did use a hint of it and backed it up with patchouli, cedar, & amyris.
Summer Breeze
Summer breeze is a fresh and masculine fragrance designed to evoke the cool air of a fresh summer ocean breeze. Rediscover a classic men’s marine fragrance inspired by a crisp spring rain on the coast and the freshness of the crisp and ocean breeze. Tobacco
It does NOT smell like cigarettes. This is a “green” tobacco scent. It’s a fresh & clean smell. It’s modern & upbeat. It works perfectly as an everyday scent to wear work, the bar, the golf club, etc.
Cured tobacco leaf & flower are the stars of this blend. We started with notes of cured tobacco for the base, and added top notes of bay leaf, and fir to create an intoxicating blend of tobacco and bay leaf. It just smells great; which is why it’s my second most popular scent behind barbershop.
True Lavender
100% pure lavender essential oil. While this is a solitary note, it is the king of lavender. Pure Bulgarian & French lavender essential oils gives it a complexity you won't find in cheaper blends. Fantastic, earthy, & floral.
Vetiver
A fresh take on vetiver. Our version is clean and refreshing, like fresh cut grass and a cool lemonade. Lemon, florals, sandalwood, patchouli, musk, and vetiver are blended to create this refreshing interpretation.
